Tugun Air Services stands behind its installations with a five-year warranty on our installation workmanship and associated labour. If a fault is caused by our installation work during this period, contact Matt so we can assess and rectify it under this warranty.
This cover is separate from the manufacturer’s equipment warranty, which varies by brand and model. Your written quote confirms the equipment warranty and installation scope.

Why is my air conditioner running but not cooling?
Check that cooling mode is selected and the set temperature is below room temperature. Dirty filters, restricted airflow or equipment faults can affect cooling. If cleaning the filters does not help, book fault finding with Matt. Switch the system off if you notice a burning smell or electrical problem.
Do you service businesses and rental properties?
Yes. Ask about commercial servicing, holiday rental maintenance and recurring visits. Tell Matt about access, the number of systems and any reporting requirements.
How do I get a split system quote?
Standard split-system quotes include supply, GST and the agreed installation scope. A standard back-to-back installation means: The indoor unit is mounted on the inside face of an external wall, with refrigerant pipework passing directly through that wall to the outdoor unit. Includes a maximum pipework run of 3.5 metres between the indoor and outdoor units. Longer pipe runs, internal-wall installations requiring alternative pipe routing, difficult access and additional electrical work are quoted separately. Your written quote confirms the final scope and price.
Do I need a dedicated electrical circuit?
Electrical requirements depend on the selected model and your existing supply. Matt will confirm whether a dedicated circuit or other electrical work is needed. A licensed electrician quotes additional electrical work separately.
Which size air conditioner should I choose?
Room size is only a starting point. Sun exposure, insulation, ceiling height, layout and use all affect sizing. Share your room details or photos and Matt can recommend an option.
Can you remove my old system?
Yes, changeovers and removal can be included in your quote. Tell Matt about the existing unit and its location when you enquire.
What about warranties?
Tugun Air Services offers a five-year warranty on our installation workmanship and associated labour. If a fault is caused by our installation work during this period, contact Matt so we can assess and rectify it under this warranty. Manufacturer equipment cover is separate and varies by brand and model; your quote confirms the details.
